Terms & Conditions

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a Discovery Call or purchasing a Sleep Package with Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A Discovery Call is an opportunity to discuss your child's sleep needs and determine whether Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy is the right service for your family. Booking a Discovery Call does not create an obligation to purchase a Sleep Package.

If you choose to proceed with a Sleep Package following your Discovery Call, these Terms & Conditions will apply to the service provided.

2. Payment

A Discovery Call does not require payment.

If you choose to proceed with support following your Discovery Call, payment for your chosen Sleep Package is required to secure your booking with Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy.

Payment must be made in full before support begins unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or through Stripe (primarily for international clients).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your Sleep Package, any refund provided will depend on the stage of the service and the personalised work that has already been completed.

Cancellation before the consultation

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation, a full refund will be provided where no personalised work has been completed.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation, a 50% refund will be provided to cover preparation time, administration and the consultation time reserved for you.

Cancellation after the consultation

Once your consultation has taken place and personalised work has commenced, including the creation of your child's sleep plan and/or provision of personalised support, refunds will not usually be available as the service has been partially or fully delivered.

Any exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy.

4. Personalised Work

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, personalised work refers to any work undertaken by Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy that is specific to your child and family circumstances.

This may include:

  • Reviewing your completed questionnaire and sleep history.

  • Reviewing information provided about your child's health, development and circumstances.

  • Reviewing sleep tracking information where access has been provided.

  • Preparing a personalised sleep plan.

  • Creating bespoke recommendations, guidance or resources.

  • Providing advice and support based on your child's individual needs.

Personalised work may begin before the consultation takes place, depending on the Sleep Package purchased and the information required to prepare your support.

5. Cancellation by Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to cancel consultations or end support due to exceptional circumstances.

This may include, but is not limited to, illness, emergencies, personal circumstances, or situations where continuing to provide support is not possible or appropriate.

Where Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy cancels a consultation before support has started, the Client will be offered either alternative dates or a full refund.

Where support has already commenced, any refund consideration will take into account the stage of the service and any personalised work already completed.

6. Use of Sleep Packages and Materials

Each Sleep Package and any materials provided by Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy are intended solely for the Client who has purchased the service.

The Client agrees not to share, copy, reproduce or distribute any personalised sleep plans, written recommendations, resources or materials provided as part of the Sleep Package to any third party.

7. Advice and Scope of Service

Advice provided by Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy is intended as sleep education and support and is not a substitute for medical advice from a GP, health visitor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy provides advice based on experience, training and the information provided by the Client. Clients remain responsible for making decisions that are appropriate for their child and family circumstances.

8. Sleep Outcomes

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy provides personalised sleep education, guidance and support based on the information provided by the Client.

While we aim to provide practical recommendations to support positive sleep changes, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every child and family is different and sleep can be affected by a range of factors.

The success of a Sleep Package may depend on factors including, but not limited to, consistency, implementation of recommendations, communication, sleep tracking and changes in the child's circumstances.

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy does not accept responsibility or liability where the desired sleep outcomes are not achieved following the consultation process.

9. Client Commitment and Sleep Tracking

To provide personalised sleep support, Clients are expected to actively participate throughout the support period and provide accurate, relevant and up-to-date information about their child's sleep, routines and circumstances.

As part of the support process, Clients may be asked to track their child's sleep patterns before and/or during their Sleep Package. This may include using a sleep tracking application, such as Littles Baby Tracker, where access is provided to Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy.

Where access is provided, Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy may review sleep tracking information, including sleep patterns, routines and changes over the support period, to help inform personalised recommendations and guidance.

Consistent sleep tracking, communication and engagement with the agreed recommendations help us provide appropriate support based on your child's individual circumstances.

While we will provide guidance and support based on the information available to us, Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations in a way that is appropriate for their family and circumstances.

10. Health, Development Information and Minimum Age Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and relevant information about their child's health, development and circumstances that may affect sleep.

This information helps Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy provide safe and personalised sleep support and determine whether sleep consultancy is appropriate for your child's individual circumstances.

Sleep Packages are designed for children aged 5 months and above. If your child is under 5 months old at the time of booking, support will not commence until your child has reached 5 months of age.

Where a child's circumstances fall outside the scope of sleep consultancy, Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy reserves the right not to proceed with the Sleep Package.

If we are unable to proceed with support due to age requirements, health or developmental circumstances, or information provided, any refund will be considered based on the stage of work completed and any personalised work already undertaken.

11. Communication and Support

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy provides client support Monday to Saturday, 08:30–19:30.

We aim to respond to client communications as soon as reasonably possible during these hours. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on client demand, personal circumstances, holidays or periods of reduced availability.

Support is provided within the agreed support period included within your Sleep Package. Communication outside of this period, or requests for additional support, may be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee where applicable.

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy respects the confidentiality of information shared by Clients and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided by Clients, including details relating to their child's sleep, health, development and family circumstances, will only be used for the purpose of providing sleep consultancy support and managing the Client relationship.

Where Clients provide access to information through third-party tools used as part of the service, such as sleep tracking applications, this information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy and ensuring they understand how their personal information is collected, used and stored.

13. Ending Support

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to end the provision of support where necessary in exceptional circumstances.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy.

  • Failure to engage with the support process or provide information required to deliver personalised recommendations.

  • Circumstances where continuing support is no longer appropriate or falls outside the scope of our service.

Where support is ended by Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy, we will consider the circumstances and any personalised work already completed when determining whether any refund is applicable.

Clients may choose to end support at any time; however, refunds will be considered in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the stage of service already completed.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Restful Routines Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings made after the updated Terms & Conditions are published.

Clients are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions before booking a Sleep Package to ensure they understand the terms that apply.
