With 14 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist, combined with my training in Baby and Infant Sleep, I offer a unique and truly holistic approach to sleep that supports the whole family.

Since becoming a mum, I’ve been fascinated by the science of infant sleep and learning how to support not just my baby’s rest, but also my partner’s and my own.

Nothing quite prepares you for those sleepless nights as a first-time mum. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed, not just by the night wakings and exhaustion, but also by the struggle to manage naps. Hours spent pacing to settle him, only for him to wake as soon as I put him down, or short naps that were a fraction of the time I had spent getting him to sleep. There were moments I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure how to change things.

Sleep isn’t just vital for little ones. The impact of sleep deprivation on parents can be profound. That’s why restful routines aren’t just about babies; I’m committed to supporting the whole family’s wellbeing and rest.

Since 2011, I have supported individuals and families to overcome personal challenges and achieve their goals throughout my Occupational Therapy career. Through my sleep consultancy, I continue this work, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to every family I support.

I use a toolkit of responsive methods tailored not only to your little one’s sleep needs but also to your preferences as parents, ensuring the approach we take is one you feel entirely comfortable with. My methods allow you to respond to your little one during sleep training in a way that feels right for you while still achieving real results. After a thorough assessment of your child’s sleep challenges, I’ll develop a comprehensive, bespoke sleep plan designed around the goals and preferences you set as a family. With my daily support, we’ll work together to improve your little one’s sleep and establish restful routines that benefit the whole family.

3 WEEKS UNLIMITED SUPPORT

I will be on hand via WhatsApp, during waking hours, as you implement the sleep plan to answer questions, provide guidance, and celebrate your success.
